Kada navedem termin svima je sve jasno, jel da\u2026..ili mo\u017eda nije. U biti kada pri\u010damo o bilo \u010demu ipak je potrebno definirati \u0161to govorimo jer svakome od nas jedan termin mo\u017ee zna\u010diti ne\u0161to sasvim druga\u010dije (to me pak nedavno nau\u010dila jedna prekrasna osoba, a o njoj uskoro). Recimo, meni mo\u017eda rje\u0161avanje problema zna\u010di \u0161to \u0107u odjenuti ujutro prije po\u010detka dana. Ili recimo kako \u0107u povezati djecu tijekom terapija kako bi djeca i roditelji najvi\u0161e dobili. Ili recimo kako \u0107e rasporediti sve aktivnosti koje \u017eelim u jednom danu provesti. A kada se prehladim ili recimo razbolim, kako \u0107u napraviti ru\u010dak za sebe, mu\u017ea i svoju djecu. Kada svemu tome dodamo kontekst i okolinu\u00a0 u kojima provodimo aktivnosti, onda to dodaje jo\u0161 jednu notu. Znate ono, &#8220;<em>ja doma nemam nikakvih problema pri hranjenju svog djeteta, no u vrti\u0107u ne\u0107e jesti<\/em>&#8221; (ili obratno). Svaki od nas ima svoje strategije u rje\u0161avanju problema.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1764 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMGP39902-269x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"269\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMGP39902-269x300.jpg 269w, https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMGP39902-768x856.jpg 768w, https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMGP39902.jpg 919w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 269px) 100vw, 269px\" \/><br \/>\nOno \u0161to je svakako \u010dinjenica koja dr\u017ei vodu u ovoj pri\u010di je da ako imamo kontekst koji nam dozvoljava rje\u0161avanje problema tako da su nam problemi to\u010dno pravi izazov i kada razvijamo strategije primjenjive skoro svugdje tada smo na dobrom putu. Svakodnevno vidim djecu koja se suo\u010davaju sa izazovom rje\u0161avanja problema, od onih najjednostavnijih (kako se nama koji smo korak savladali \u010dini) poput kako pre\u0107i preko odre\u0111enog predmeta, kako se maknuti iz W pola\u017eaja u sjedenju ili kako dr\u017eati predmet\u00a0u ruci, do onih kako da nau\u010dim ne\u0161to <em>kada mi sve \u0161to \u010ditam uop\u0107e ne razumijem<\/em>. I onda, ono \u0161to je normalno \u010desto se ulovim u situaciji da \u010dak i za svoju djecu rje\u0161avam probleme. To je normalno, normalno je da oni koji su sna\u017eniji pomognu onima koji nisu. No opet, ako razmislim da moja djeca nisu uvijek uz mene (iako bi ponekad to voljela) i ne\u0107e uvijek imati tu razinu podr\u0161ke. Tada stavim ruku na usta i izbrojim do 5 ili \u010dak 10 jer ina\u010de kako obo\u017eavam puno pri\u010dati nekada se sama ne mogu zaustaviti. No na edukaciji za Karijenog savjetnika sam nau\u010dila da je nekada potrebno fizi\u010dki se ograni\u010diti jer \u010dovjek \u010duje tada mnogo vi\u0161e. Tada razmislim je li stvarno potrebno da ja ovo u\u010dinim ili da ja mo\u017eda napravim &#8220;skelu isto kao \u0161to skele stavljamo oko zgrada koje gradimo&#8221; i osiguram dostatnu razinu podr\u0161ke kako bi osoba ili dijete to sama u\u010dinila (engleski termin je ovdje scaffolding). Jer tada osoba ne samo da dobija iskustvo kako rije\u0161iti problem, ve\u0107 i osje\u0107aj &#8211; ja sam bio uspje\u0161an\/uspje\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1706 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Poligonski-zadaci-300x240.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Poligonski-zadaci-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Poligonski-zadaci-768x614.png 768w, https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Poligonski-zadaci.png 945w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>E to je klju\u010dno za <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/jwwOXlLYQ4Q\">radnog terapeuta<\/a> &#8211; osobi osigurati da sama prona\u0111e aktivnosti\/okupacije koje \u017eeli, a kroz koje mo\u017ee razvijati vje\u0161tine te sudjelovati i razvijati izvedbu. Jedan od principa koje koristimo u radu svakako je princip kojeg su razvile <a href=\"http:\/\/ot.utoronto.ca\/about\/core-faculty\/helene-polatajko\/\">Polatajko<\/a> (ona divna osoba s po\u010detka pri\u010de koja je nesebi\u010dno podjelila svoje znanje sa nama) i Mandich (Polatajko, Mandich, 2004) koji osna\u017euje osobu kroz slijede\u0107e korake<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>prepoznaj problem (Goal) &#8211; tijekom ovog koraka dijete uz podr\u0161ku, terapeuta i\/ili roditelja uo\u010dava problem koji ima. U slu\u010daju potrebe terapeut je taj koji evaluira da li je problem to\u010dno pravi izazov i u kojim segmentima dijete ima pote\u0161ko\u0107u.<\/li>\n<li>stvori plan (Plan) &#8211; tijekom ovog koraka osoba (dijete) stvara plan zajedno s terapeutom\/roditeljem. U prvim fazama je potrebno da terapeut analizira izvedbu i komponente izvedbe. Tijekom ovog koraka osoba isporabava razli\u010dite strategije koje mogu dovesti do rije\u0161enja, a terapeut ju vodi u procesu ovog istra\u017eivanja<\/li>\n<li>isporbaj plan (Do) &#8211; tijekom ovog koraka osoba provodi odabrane strategije kako bi uspje\u0161no provela zadatak<\/li>\n<li>provjeri plan (Check) &#8211; i na samom kraju osoba provjerava koliko je bila u\u010dinkovita u provedbi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sve ovo osigurava osobi okvir kako bi nadi\u0161lo svoje izazove i nau\u010dilo izvedbu dnevnih aktivnosti. Ono \u0161to je klju\u010dno je da ovakav na\u010din osigurava osobi (djetetu) razvoj vje\u0161tine u zadatku koje je dijete odabralo, razvoj kognitivnih strategija i preno\u0161enje nau\u010denih vje\u0161tina i strategija u svakodnevni \u017eivot (generalizacija)(Missuna i sur, 2001). Nekako sam uo\u010dila da je ovo najbolje isprobati u igri kod djece.
