Okvir radnoterapijske prakse kategorizira praksiju u vje\u0161tine izvo\u0111enja aktivnosti, odnosno <em>sposobnosti koje osoba demonstrira<\/em>\u00a0 (OTPF, 2014). Praksija je sposobnost spontanog sekvencioniranja i organiziranja pokreta na koordinirani na\u010din kako bi se izvr\u0161ili novi, nepoznati zadaci\u00a0(Roley, 2015). Ayres definira praksiju je kao <em>sposobnost percepcije kako\u00a0upotrijebiti na\u0161e ruke i tijelo u ciljanim aktivnostima poput: igre s igra\u010dkama,\u00a0koriste\u0107i se predmetima, olovkom ili\u00a0\u017elicom, grade\u0107i strukture, toranj od\u00a0kocaka ili ku\u0107u, pospremaju\u0107i sobu ili sudjeluju\u0107i u brojnim okupacijama, odnosno na\u0161a temeljna sposobnost no\u0161enja sa\u00a0fizi\u010dkom okolinom na adaptivni na\u010din<\/em> (Ayres, 1985).\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prema Cermak i suradnicima kako bi dijete imalo uspje\u0161ne vje\u0161tine praksije potrebno je da ono dobro interpetira zaprimljene informacije te na temelju njih uobli\u010di internalnu motori\u010dku akciju (Ayres, Cermak, 2011). Iako se spominje rije\u010d motori\u010dki, praksija\u00a0nije sinonim za motori\u010dke sposobnosti (Roley, 2017) ve\u0107 kao \u0161to ju Ayres definira ona je\u00a0kognitivno perceptivna\u00a0funkcija (Ayers, 1985, Roley, 2017).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Praksija obuhva\u0107a 3 segmenta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ideacija \u2013 imati ideju kako ne\u0161to provesti, kako ne\u0161to koristiti;<\/li>\n<li>Motori\u010dko planiranje\u00a0 \u2013 isplanirati, postaviti odre\u0111ene povezane korake u primjeni vlastitog tijela ili njegovih segmenta kako bi izveli odre\u0111eni zadatak;<\/li>\n<li>Izvedba \u2013 ili sposobnost uobli\u010davanja cijeline kako uz pomo\u0107 odre\u0111ene akcije izvesti odre\u0111eni zadatak, pri \u010demu se ne mora sagledavati samo motori\u010dka vje\u0161tina.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Praksija kao komponenta izvedbe mo\u017ee se vidjeti (i utjecati \u0107e) u mnogobrojnim aktivnostima (okupacijama) dnevnog \u017eivota, primjerice u malih beba klju\u010dna je za imitaciju gesta\/posture, kod puzanja klju\u010dna je za planiranje pokreta tijela u odnosu na prostor,\u00a0predmete i osobe, u male djece mo\u017ee se uo\u010diti u kompleksnost svakodnevne igre, kod \u0161kolaraca primjerice u savladavanju zadatka sekvencioniranjem, kod male djece u baratanju i kretivnosti u baratanju razli\u010ditim predmetima. Poreme\u0107aj praksije u smislu dispraksije kao takav nije naveden u DSM, no mo\u017ee ga se prona\u0107i u dijagnozi razvojnog koordinacijskog poreme\u0107aja (Ayres, 1989; Ayres, 2005; Ayres, Cermak, 2011)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/fd\/d3\/88\/fdd38863846e6520493fc4b4a2799b3e.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ayres i njeni suradnici kategorizirali su izazove praksije na slijede\u0107i na\u010din:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Somatopraksija,<\/li>\n<li>Vizualna praksija,<\/li>\n<li>Ideacijska praksija,<\/li>\n<li>Praksija na verbalni nalog (Ayres, 1971; Ayres, 1972; Ayres, Cermak, 2011; Roley et all, 2015).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strategije i metode koje se kroiste u djece kod kojih postoje izazovi na razini svakodnevnih aktivnosti uzrokovani dispraksijom uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>primjenu <a href=\"https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/senzoricka-integracija\/\">pristupa Ayres senzori\u010dke integracije<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>perceptualno &#8211; motori\u010dki trening;<\/li>\n<li>okupacijski usmjerene pristupe poput <a href=\"https:\/\/artisincludum.hr\/staro\/svakodnevne-aktivnosti-kao-strategija-razviijanja-vjestina-rjesavanja-problema\/\">CO-OP pristupa<\/a> koji\u00a0osigurava osobi (djetetu) razvoj vje\u0161tine u zadatku koje je dijete odabralo, razvoj kognitivnih strategija i preno\u0161enje nau\u010denih vje\u0161tina i strategija u svakodnevni \u017eivot (generalizacija)(Missuna i sur, 2001).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Literatura:<\/p>\n<p>Ayres, A.
